I am presenting the Coast withdrawal problem to the agent network team and I want one Power BI page that leaves no room for the usual arguments.

Build from the kilele database: 1. A matrix: region by payday window, value is the share of withdrawals that failed for insufficient_agent_float, with colour scaling. 2. A bar chart of average float limit for sub-agents by region. 3. A line chart of Coast withdrawals and Coast float failures by month. 4. Two cards: KES not served on Coast payday days, and withdrawal fees forgone on those days. 5. A visual of average stockout minutes on payday days: Coast sub-agents and kiosks against everyone else. 6. A text box with the cause in one sentence and the proposed fix in one sentence.
