Same workbook, harder question: which hubs should worry me? The Hub_Performance sheet has every hub's shipment totals and delivery rate. The Complaints sheet tells you where complaints land.

On a new sheet: 1. A hub table: hub name, city, total shipments, delivery rate - sorted worst delivery rate first. 2. Add a complaints column: complaints counted per hub from the Complaints sheet (live formulas referencing the sheet, not pasted values). 3. Add complaints per 1,000 shipments per hub, using each hub's total_shipments from Hub_Performance as the denominator, so volume doesn't distort the picture. 4.
