I have a hunch that certain industries are bleeding faster than others. Pull churn rate by industry for the full customer base.
Show industry name, total customers, churned customers, and churn rate as a percentage. Filter to industries with at least 100 customers (no point looking at tiny segments).
Order by churn rate descending. The construction, restaurants, and retail trade industries should jump out.
