Help me understand who we are seeing. Pull a count of unique patients seen in 2024, grouped by age bucket: 0-17, 18-39, 40-64, 65+.
Use date_of_birth and the encounter_date to compute the patient's age at the time of visit. Count distinct patient_ids per bucket. Order by age bucket.
