I need to know if specific bankers are losing more customers than the network average. Some of our relationship managers may be carrying weak books.

For each banker, show banker name, role, home branch, total customers they onboarded, customers who churned, and the churn rate. Filter to bankers who onboarded at least 30 customers (smaller portfolios are not statistically meaningful).

Order by churn rate descending. Limit to top 10.
