The data team exported our full complaints record for you - every complaint on file, with the destination hub already joined on. I need the same headline analysis I asked the database side for, built in Excel so my team can keep it updated.

In the attached workbook (Complaints sheet), build a summary on a new sheet: 1. The total number of complaints, as a single labelled figure. 2. A breakdown by category: complaint count and percentage of total per category, sorted from most to least common. Live formulas or a PivotTable - not typed-in numbers. 3. A one-line cell stating which category I should lead with at the board.

Deliverable: the workbook with your summary sheet, plus a screenshot of it.
