Maria asked me to pull together a tier-by-tier inventory readiness snapshot before kickoff and I want you to write the query. Here's what she needs to see:

For each commercial_tier (1 through 4), I need: - Total number of teams in that tier - Total SKUs across those teams - Total units on hand across all SKUs and all stores - Total inventory value at LIST price (not cost) - Average units on hand per SKU

The tricky part: list_price_cents is stored in cents, so divide by 100 for the dollar value. And we want only ACTIVE products (is_active = TRUE) — there are some discontinued SKUs in the table that shouldn't be in the snapshot.

Order the results by commercial_tier ascending (Tier 1 first).
