First, size the two problems.

1. The impossible shipments: count every shipment where the delivery time is earlier than the pickup time. Then break the count down by year of pickup - if my story about the 2022 app fix is right, the data will show it. 2. The missing coordinates: count delivery address records where latitude or longitude is missing (the delivery_addresses table). 3. For the impossible shipments: what does the average transit time look like if you include them vs exclude them? One query, both numbers side by side.
