What I need from you: 1. The total number of complaints in the system. 2. A breakdown by category: complaint count and percentage of the total for each category, sorted from most to least common. 3. One sentence in your results: which single category should I lead with when the board asks what customers are angry about?

Tables: logistics.complaints has one row per complaint with a category column.
