A report nobody can open is a rumour. Put yours where the board can see it.

1. Publish your board report to the Power BI service (your Microsoft work account from the mail setup gets you in; a personal workspace is fine). 2. Set up a scheduled refresh on the dataset - pick a sensible daily time and let the service validate the credentials. 3. Screenshot two things: the published report open in the service (URL bar visible), and the scheduled refresh configuration page.

Upload both screenshots as one image or the clearer of the two showing both if you can. This is the step most analysts skip in training and then fumble in week one of a real job.
