The board gets one number from me every quarter: active subscribers. Last quarter I quoted the figure straight from the warehouse, the same 90-day rule we have always used. Then Grace mentioned that a lot of the free SIMs we handed out in the Karibu drive never made a call.

I want to know how many of our active subscribers are real before I stand up again in September.

What I need, as of 2026-06-30: 1. Subscribers by status (active, dormant, churned), and active subscribers by region. 2. Promo SIM activations by month for 2025, so I can see the shape of the Karibu drive. 3.
