The extract is Kilele_Base_Extract.xlsx: the Subscribers sheet is the complete sample (40,000 rows) and Promo_Credits is every 1 KES Karibu credit we have issued (40,262 rows).

Build me: 1. A Summary sheet with subscribers by status, using COUNTIFS against the Subscribers sheet. 2. A helper column on Subscribers that flags an active subscriber with no usage in the 90 days to 2026-06-30 (last_usage_on blank, or before 2026-04-01). Count the flags. 3.
